Special Mom Talk was created by two moms who have children with special
needs.  They were looking for a website that provided advice, personal
experience stories, and inspiration, with a community of parents that they
could turn to.  They came together and created Special Mom Talk to be an
online magazine with articles, forums, and chat capabilities.  The articles
at Special Mom Talk are authored by both parents and professionals, and
range from humor and inspiration to informative and educational.
